OUR NETWORK
Network Reach
The foundation of the The Chatham Institute Network is our proprietary satellite
TV network that brings together thousands of healthcare professionals in hospitals
across the country. With thousands of strategic hospitals in our Network, our reach
extends into 95% of the top hospital systems in the country.*
By integrating our delivery platforms (satellite, Web, teleconference, live
symposia), we unite our community of geographically dispersed providers via a
linked combination of meeting venues, healthcare satellite sites, and practitioners'
offices and homes.
Using this highly interactive approach makes the Network ideal for quickly reaching
a diverse base of healthcare practitioners with vital clinical information while
fostering peer-to-peer communication on a broad scale.

Audience Generation
Our team of continuing education specialists (CES) provides personalized
attention to the hospitals in our The Chatham Institute Network. They ensure site
registration for the CME activities, provide critical broadcast information,
assist with attendance tracking, and facilitate the accreditation process.
By collaborating with a 'site coordinator' at each Network facility, our CES team
has an additional resource on-site to post TV program schedules, display event
posters/flyers, distribute course material, and document attendance. All these
materials and more are easily accessed via the Web on our site coordinators’
extranet and are featured in our site coordinator e-newsletter.
Working hand-in-hand with our marketing department, our CES team also drives
participation of our individual practitioners via the Web and teleconference.
Communicating one-on-one with clinicians to ensure convenient access to high
quality CME provides a personal touch that’s integral to participant satisfaction.
