LEARNING CONTINUUM

The Learning Continuum model educates healthcare professionals on how to process and use the information they are learning. It offers practitioners the opportunity to engage early in the process, prior to the activity and to sustain interaction through post-activity when they are back in their practices. Continuous reinforcement and refinement of the education on a personal level best serves the needs of the practitioners' patients.
